Although it’s very easy for us to reach temporary states of complacency, reaching a level of complete fulfillment at life’s end is a totally different story. So many of us end up going through the motions instead of actively enjoying what we do on a daily basis. Making sure we are content, right this moment, is a great way to keep this tendency in check.

I can back this article! smile emoticon It’s all true! I only have that nagging about needing to stop smoking and I’m going to get past that too eventually. Yes. I’m human and my excuse is only that I always sit here for hours on end drinking coffee and chain smoking. The truth is, when I’m at home in Italy I only smoke about a third as much. I don’t know why I can’t at least do the same here in the states. I tend to blame it on the kids! smile emoticon I’ve been a single Dad for the last 16 years but I’m down to one at home here. I’ll quit when he’s gone. And that’s how easy it is to get out of doing what you know you should do! Beware! wink emoticon
